The rooms
of the pizzeria are on the ground floor of the main house, where
the old stables and mangers could be found and the old original
stone paving slabs haven been restored.
The small
original stable windows now provide a fabulous frame to the
local Piero della Francesca hillsides, as with the care taken
over the cuisine, even a simple pizza, in its many varieties
thanks to a base using natural yeast combined with a wood burning
oven, transforms into a fragrant and tasty occasion to pass
an evening in the company of the "Pieve Vecchia".
